NOTES:

The above discounts are not valid in the period from 01.12. to 01.02. and 01.05. to 01.10. unless otherwise agreed.

All payments must be made prior to arrival.

Possible pets by prior arrangement.

Price modifications (discounts) can be made for stays longer than 10 days.

Guests in each room must pay a deposit of € 300,00 as a guarantee for any damage they could do tp the house. If there is no damage deposit will be returned in full.

The conditions of cancellation:

• In the event of non-arrival (guests not showing up on the day of arrival) and without prior notice of cancellation, guests are required to pay 100% of amount listed on the invoice.
• For cancellation notices delivered 7 days before the start of vacation, guests are required to pay 80% of amount listed on the invoice.
• For cancellation notices delivered 21 days before the start of vacation, guests are required to pay 50% of amount listed on the invoice.
• For cancellation notices delivered 22 or more days before the start of vacation, guests have the right to transfer the funds of the advance to a period of their choice (given that it is available). Furthermore, it is possible to change the date twice within this condition of cancellation, after which, both the right to a refund of the advance payment and the possibility of using it is lost.  

• In case of COVID-19 restrictive measures prevent the guests from arrival, the cancellation is deemed justified and the advance funds become transferable to any other free period.

These conditions are not valid for guests that made their reservations with a booking agency.

The above-mentioned discounts are not valid for tourist agencies and bookers otherwise differently negotiated.
